Example 5.1-ui issues has a tainted canvas - getImageData??

Postby Tonyeng » Mon May 26, 2014 7:27 am

Hi

Chrome does not allow multiple URLs for media including fonts. Seems problem is with fonts as it crashes in the IgeFontSheet.js

Problem arises when you double click on the index.html, ie run it without using a web server.

Any help welcome thanks

Tainted canvas Issue is relevant for local testing only without web server. Best solution is to ignore this situation and install a web server such as apache tomcat and test locally using the web server, then all works perfectly. This has the added benefit of mimicking your main server where of course your application will use your web server.
