Free Minor Version Updates

Minor updates are updates with a minor revision number such as the change between version 1.0 and 1.1, or 1.0.0 and 1.0.1.

Persistent World

Able to hold data and continue the simulation even when no clients / players are connected to the world.

Real-Time Multiplayer

Able to create games that run in real-time. Changes to the game world are updated to all clients at the same time.

Anytime Upgrade

Able to upgrade from one license to a higher level license.  Only the difference between the price of the license you own and the one you wish to upgrade to will be charged.

Community Support

Access to the community support discussion group. This group is regularly attended by Irrelon Software staff.

Free Test Hosting

Free access to a server, setup and configured to allow you to try the engine out. The server instance will be destroyed and recycled daily. For test purposes only.

Demo Code Included

Includes demo games utilising 2d and isometric views and real-time multiplayer to demonstrate how to code a game with the engine.

Email Support

Able to email Irrelon Software with support questions.

Run Own Server

Able to run your own server and host your game on your own OS instance.

Unlimited Connections

Able to provide unlimited connections to your game from clients.

Revenue Allowed

Able to earn any revenue or profit from the deployment of your game / simulation.

In-Game Sales

Able to take sales of virtual and real goods inside your game / simulation.

In-Game Advertising

Able to run advertising in your game / simulation or on the page that it exists on. Free licenses will deliver advertising in your game controlled by Irrelon Software and is a mandatory requirement in order to use the free license.

Physics-Based Games

Able to build physics-based games that can utilise Box2D in a real-time multiplayer game / simulation.

Discounted Major Updates

Future major version revisions will be discounted from their published price.

Source Code

Access to the full non-obfuscated source-code for the engine, allowing you to alter and augment the engine to your specific needs.

Free Cross-Selling Included

Access to the Isogenic Engine Advertising System where you can deploy banner adverts to other games created using the Isogenic Engine. Free license users have adverts enabled as a mandatory setting and commercial and premium license holders will earn PPC revenue for opt-in adverts. Adverts are targeted by game category, genre, license type and content.

Access to Early Release Code

Able to access and download early release versions of the engine that have not yet been made available to the general public.

Hands-On Developer Support

Able to request assistance from an Irrelon Software developer to give you hands-on support with your game source code. As some of our beta users will attest, our commitment to hands-on support is exceptional and timely.

      From another part of this site.. some time this month the free 20-max hosted trial should be available.

    The price quoted on the store/downloads page does not match with these prices… 164-299 pounds is quoted for a hobbyist. A bit confusing to a newcomer.
